Awesome experience! Pretty much my first time ever trying a true large MP event.  Flight leads did a fantastic time keeping us all in line. Only disappointment was that I forgot to check the skins section in the first post and thus missed out on sporting the beautiful fest-themed skin on my Mustang.

 

Looking forward to the next one on Wednesday night!

That was some of the most fun ( and nervewrecking) flying I've done. I had no ideea I was gonna end up leading a flight, but it worked out really well, Mainly due to the hard work of the Hawk flight pilots, you guys ROCKED! @-332FG-Magic_Zach who was so wingwelded the whole time it was uncanny, @MajorWatcher on my left, @GregP holding the Rt flank, @D13th_Korn being flexible and taking different spots in the formation, and @Birdman who was so close to my 6 he must have carbon monoxide poisoning from the exhaust. We had a Mixed fighter group, and we held it tight, so Congrats to all, o7.

 

Did anyone from the ground by any chance record our Inverted passes towards the end or the formation loop at the very end?

 

I will make a highlight video from my stream, but I was so anxious not to f things up I did not go external much or look at the other formations, sorry.

2 reasons really

 

1 - I'm trying to promote Flying circus, so WW2 flyers who've not yet checked out FC might have a look around the other videos and see how exciting it can be, and

2 - I wanted to show the WW1 crowd what we did in the event so more might sign up for Wednesdays event

Loved yesterday! Great experience. @Requiem was a joy to fly with, along with the rest of Osprey Flight. Wonder if there are any videos or images of us? Especially our aerobatics?

Everyone that signed up for the April 29 mass-formation event so far has a spot reserved. We're up to 22 pilots, with an encouraging WWI fighter presence (8 spots). Just 2 ground attackers and 3 bombers so far, so join in all you ground pounders!

 

This post above lists the signup status so far. I'm working on tentative flight assignments and I'll link to the new assignments spreadsheet later today.
