Hey raptor, do you still take skin requests? I would like to ask you to do this version of Martin Deskau’s plane for the Kurfurst. I will be very grateful if you make this. (If you do make this just use the regular camo pattern for the wings, I don’t think they used this pattern for camouflage)

What I meant to say with “Deskau’s plane” is exactly that version, with the JG53 Identification Band on the tail and no ID numbers below the elevator. And since you have already done this plane without those characteristics, it would be much less of a problem to do it, since you wouldn’t have to start from zero, just adding the JG53 Band (no need for that yellow line after the Band) and remove the numbers bellow the compensator, simple as that. ? (with swastika), so basically I want a custom skin. You know that skin for the K4 in DCS that looks exactly like it? I wan’t it to be exactly like that! Do you want me to ask Flowbee instead?

No. I don't mind doing it, I just thought that Flowbee's would be a quicker option for you. I was thinking of you, not myself.

Just let me know EXACTLY what you want and I can do it. 

It's not a case of it being 'easier' or otherwise, just because I've done Deskau's Plane already by the way. I do a plane with the Template and then could do several Planes after that. I don't keep each plane in Multi-Layer format otherwise my storage needs would be phenomenal!!

Like I say, PM me and just list exactly what you want and then I'll do it for you.

No I’m not mad at you or anything, maybe I just expressed myself bad. This machine was a V-1 hunter over the channel in 1944 and managed to down 9 'doodlebugs' in total.

Polikarpov I-16 Type 24

This is based on the famous Granville Bros (Gee Bee) Super Sportster Model R1 Racer piloted by Jimmy Dolittle in the 1932 Thompson Trophy race.

He lapped all but one ship in the race, made easy turns and never had to come down and make a tight pylon turn.

He also set a new F.A.I. world landplane speed record of 296 mph (476 km/h) in the Shell Speed Dash.

As a member of the 'Spitfire Gang' I'd like to introduce everybody to Spitfire F Mk. XIVe RN201, ICAO registration G-BSKP. 

 

The aircraft was manufactured in 1945 and originally delivered to the Belgium Air Force in 1948. It remained in service until 1953, after that it was put on display at Beauvechain AB, Belgium.

 

In 1990 Historic Aircraft Collection Ltd owned by Guy Black acquired the aircraft and started a restoration programme to make it airworthy. The restoration of the aircraft finished in 2002 after being re-sold to Historic Flying Limited in Essex, UK, and the post-restoration maiden flight took place in April 24, 2002.

 

The aircraft bears the livery of No. 41 Squadron RAF, which was originally designated for Spitfire F. 21 aircraft equipped by the squadron during  air racing event in 1947.

 

The red lines on the fuselage and wings are fairly simple, but together with the beautiful curves of the Griffon Spitfire, bring a striking sense of SPEED. Even the aircraft is still on the ground, it still looks very fast! ?

 

I'll be very appreciated if you can bring this livery to our glamorous Spitfire XIV in-game Rap. Thanks in advance!

I would (of course) happily fulfil your request but I have it on good authority that there is actually a version being made as I type!! Not by me but by a very good friend. Spitfire MkXIV 'No. 80'

Based on an FR MkXIVe that had the bubble canopy.

Piloted by James H.G. McArthur and came in 4th and 3rd. Immediately after the races were over the machine departed, destination unknown and unrevealed, only to be sold for (I think) $1000 somewhere else in the States (it was originally Canadian and owned by one Ken Brown)!

SEAC stands for South East Asia Command. By the end of the war, Hibbert had exceeded the five kills required to qualify as a wartime ace and in peacetime he led a formation of Gloster Meteor jets in a flypast over the Buckingham Palace balcony for the Queen’s coronation.
