Well, the M-11 was available in a Low and High Compression Version, (either 100 or 110hp, and 150 or 160hp). But there should be no outside difference.

A beautiful aircraft, clearly a labor of love.

 

Transporting important people around would be a ton of fun and provide something Ju-52-esque to do for the VVS side.  Rather than a zone to drop paratroopers in, you could have a zone to land in and insert someone into an enemy held area.  Very cool.

I don't know about the Storch, it just seem unlikely to me. Except, of course, some proficient community enthusiasts interested in doing one show up.

The Fw 189 I think is much more likely and very cool indeed. It definitely wasn't easy prey to Soviet pilots.

 

If I had to choose (and wouldn't want the Asiatic-Pacific-Theatre first ), the IAR-39(A) would be my pick for the Eastern Front. It's about time for some non-German Axis aircraft and it's much closer to the U-2 if that's of concern.

I like what I see.

The Po-2 is coming along nicely.

 

Out of curiosity I wanted to know what kind of company Yugra Media actually is and what else they are doing.

Besides Yugra Media created the city of Moscow on the Moscow map I can not find so much info about them on the net.

The 109 is heavy metal, way too fast and not represented at altitudes the Po-2 operates in.

 

A Fokker D.VII is what you should fear.

I'm increasingly more interested in such scenarios... I find transport aircraft and practically all aircraft with alternative purpose very interesting to fly... however, for them to truly shine, we need a good missions too...

It will be nice if with Po-2 we will recive the new kind missions like reconnaissance or artillery spotting, something like it was in RoF with recon planes.

IMHO this new plane without the implementation of these kinds of new missions is ..... a waste of big improvement and missing a chance to get a quality step forward.

I completely understand what you mean. 

 

I really wish the devs would stop all new development for a couple of weeks to concentrate on streamlining all the little stuff. It would make the difference between a great game and an excellent game.

Jason specifically mentioned artillery spotting when he talked about this plane previously. I'm pretty sure they will bring this feature back.

3D model and animations. We do FM and sound.

I agree with the various people who think the Fw-189 would be neat (and equal or possibly better than the Storch). Having two MG-81 defensive guns with a wide field of fire, having forward firing guns, and having bombs are nice features. The big wing-area would also be a very different experience (based on flying it in Il-2 using mods).

Kuban sounds like it had some interesting paratrooper ops by the Soviets, so that would be a cool element in career too.

It does it for that one email, it doesnt automatically route the rest to inbox

It is very easy, you have to use filters

Create a new filter, open the message you want to filter (the newsletter one), then click on the 3 verticals dot on the upper right corner of the message then click "filter message like this"

On the bottom of the pop up menu, click on "categorize as" to choose the right category.

You can also use other options.
