I'm currently working on a series of skins for the P-47 D model used in various Latin american countries during the final chapter of the WW2 (México in the pacific and Brazil in Italy) and the 50's, several 30 and 40 series models where provide by the Lend and Lease - American Republics Project to different air forces to those countries. Historical background and reference where taken from the books: - Dan Hagedorn - Republic P-47 Thunderbolt - The Final Chapter. Leon Venezuela FAV "Escuadrón de Casa 36" Here are 2 skins for the P47, based on the Venezuelan Air Force "Escuadrón de Caza 36", how had flown the aircraft model 30 in the final years of the 40's and in the 50's decade. Skin ara historical based on pictures and information. Here the picture of the skins I made. Colombia FAC (2 variation skins, red and yellow nose) To continue the series of skins from Latin american 40's and 50's decade for the P47, here are two variation of historical skins used by the Fuerza Aérea de Colombia FAC, they are based on historical reference.
