@SCG_Tzigy GIFTED ME PREMIUM KUBAN!!! You guys are AWESOME!!! Dude thank you SOOO MUCH

Seriously. Cant. Get over how generous and awesome you guys are.

Best. Day. Ever. This community has my word too when my finances pick up the next noobs gonna get some free games. This is how we grow our community. Friendliness. Free stuff isnt necessary but damn. If it dont help. Dcs boards arw full of jerks their loss.

Again you all are awesome. Espevially SCG_TZIGY AND SPARTAN85. ID BE AT IL2 BOS PREMIUM ONLY OTHERWISE!!

Ill add this benefits 1c too. It fuels my addiction. Bobp is a necessity now. Otherwise it wont be complete. Headfones a rift and collectors planes are next i saw a usex rift for 150!! Ill confess - thats first buy. I sawsomeone use one once. Its perfectfor fligbt sims as youre sitting. Itll revolutionize games even like say a 109 F4 that Ive flown thousands of missions in since Europeab Air War in 98 let alone Aces Over Europe in 95 LOL

Mann t9 be a 6th gradee these days huh fellas

And I got a P-40 from Tzigy few months ago!

We should.all chip in togetjer and get him a plane he doesnt have or something

I've also received a couple gifts and paid it forward to another guy later.  I've never encountered anything like that in a gaming community before, and I don't even fly MP yet!  All I did was ask which module to buy, and somebody awesome sent me one of the ones I wasn't going to purchase.

Maybe Tzigy has everything, but I am sure he would appreciate it if you get a plane or a module for another new player sometime.

I was given this account long time ago. I was only asked to continue to buy product to encourage our fantastic dev team which . Done! no need to insist, I wanted to do it anyway!

This community is beyond awesome! I never imagined giveaways would be possible.

Long live IL2GB and its community!

Yes true

Only thing ever Ive seen was I played Combat Mission since 99 and many of the beta testers and players helped me out when I had money difficulties when I had my son

A great community comes from the top: I think credit should be also given to the tone and atmosphere set by the Dev Team and all the mods / testers / contributors that have made this whole enterprise such a success.

The whole BoX effort has become a real lesson in how to develop, sell and sustain what is a pretty niche effort in the wider sim / gaming world.

Il2 has a long history of generosity to its name.

Way back when the Earth was flat and the original IL2 had just come out, I had contracted a bad case of pneumonia and it flattened me and I couldn't work for a few months. I was broke and bored and pissed off. A great guy from Texas - what a state! - who I knew on a flightsim forum, sent me the original IL2 as a gift. And here, I have been gifted a few planes and been lucky enough to be able to gift a few myself.

Quite something to see this in a game community.

People here are great :). We even put with with people who are quite out there lol. Welcome to the forums!

In contrast I joined a P3D group on Facebook and it's really the opposite, which makes this place extra special.

Thanks.  Yeah Ive only run into like 2 jerks. Not bad.  DCS forums suck.  I had a guy whod troll me - Id snap and PM him back something equally nasty and then he.d report me! LOL!   The only other forums that are like this IMO is the Combat Mission boards. Im biased though since Ive been posting there since 2000

I don't got it... Can you clarify it to me?

Is it a popular saying?

It means since she likes your hobby and bought you an awesome gift (sim game) she may be more eligible as long term material than a woman who doesnt appreciate your hobby

I think gifting is a natural result of international common interest. For me this game is cheap, for other people in other  countries it is not. Mine salary is adapted to Norwegian expenses of living, witch is huge. While others are adapted to theirs witch is small. Making international product like this cheap for me and expencive for others.

I find it very giving to gift, and cheap

Well it helps a lot. When I find employment again I totally intend to get some new player or someone interested in buying them a copy or two.

My list now is a used VR set (150$ - my logic being itll make even old flight sims feel new)

Headset for voice comms

BoBP

F14 module for DCS

maybe a couple collectible planes

Gifting some stuff to others to give back to the community.

Really though all I want desperately is a used VR (since I tried it.. Wow.) And BoBP.

For me with a son and losing my job recently 80 dollars or 150 for a used Oculus is hugely expensive.

I wont get into it but people who know me from the other boards know I made some huge mistakes younger in my life that Ill be paying for the rest of my life in that Ill never be able to get certain jobs.

So I have to say thank you to you and everyone else who does this - its a very generous awesome gesture and is such a major help to us who are less fortunate..  It also brings so much joy, I only had Stalingrad premium. The othet 2 titles gifted... All the planes and stuff I would have missed without it. Wow.

I appreciate your kindness!

In my case, this game is expensive... same to hardware, I spended ton of money that I've been saved to build my PC + peripherals. I'm really happy with his performance to be honest!

really nice to hear things like this. im quite new in the community though i bought pretty much all the expansion packs, really hope this community can make the tank expansion battle of prophorochka (or something) just as "popular" i really hope it will attract more people as im a better tanker then i am a pilot (still love to fly the stuka G and the hs129 though)

anyway props to the great community,  i can say so myself that when i first started playing (in wings of liberty) people have been really nice to help with stuff like engine settings and directing to the forums (teufelhunden and a couple of others that i cant remember by name)
