Holà @E69_julian57,

As you proposed on my campaign’s post, do you have the possibility to pack some nice skins for the JG1 in Holland and western Germany between 1942 and spring 1944 please?

Hello @DN308

how many A-5's would that be?

Some time ago I made this skin on the A-5, but it's a camouflage and A-8 marks, I don't know if in your campaign period they used this camo.

We will have to investigate or get information, help....:help:

I have some information but they only appear on Fw 190 A7 models.

Well, it could be six or eight, not more.

I would need A-5 from the 3./JG 1 and the 1./JG 1 both from the I./JG1

I know there is no 190/A6 so far, but there are some really interesting and nice skins available like that one:

Hi  @ DN308

I don't understand what you're saying, it would be a total of eight or six...
And when you say 3/JG 1 and 1/JG 1 from 1/JG1 ...?
Clarify for me what this.

If you can make six skins of 190A5 it would be nice.

Like that ones:

Emil Lang (14 January 1909 – 3 September 1944), nicknamed "Bully", was credited with 173 aerial victories—144 on the Eastern Front, 29 on the Western Front—and one Soviet MTB sunk in 403 combat missions.

Posted to a fighter wing on the Eastern Front, Lang claimed his first aerial victories in March 1943. He was credited with 72 victories in a three-week period, among them an unsurpassed total of 18 on 3 November 1943. He received the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 22 November 1943 for his 119 victories to that time. By March 1944, his claims totaled 144, for which he received the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves on 11 April 1944. Transferred to the Western Front, he claimed his 150th victim during the Normandy Invasion on 14 June 1944. He scored his last three victories on 26 August 1944; on 3 September 1944, he was killed in action over Belgium.

The markings indicate that Emil Lang's aircraft is of the II Group, 5th Staffel of JG54 and thus denoted as 5./JG54. Note how the the normally well defined Green Heart symbol has been roughly over-sprayed. Luftwaffe aircraft were routinely roughly over-painted depending on the season and the terrain over which they operated. RLM colours, when even available, were freely mixed and in the absence of genuine paints, household paints were used as the German supply situation became ever more chaotic throughout the war.

Update...

Just tried this skin on another bigger monitor and it was way over saturated and also changed and fixed a couple of things. So if it looks off try this version. I think I should stick with this monitor but any feedback appreciated.

This is my favorite FW 190 skin. Can you please consider to redo it in 4K? I like the version with the blue inlet cowl best so maybe that one if not both ?

" Rammbock" FW 190 A-5, "White 4", flown by Oblt. Walter Nowotny, Staffelkapitän of 1./JG 54, Russia, summer 1943.

Some details and bugs in the camo fixed, the number "4" changed, prop spiral changed rudder light painted and swastika background removed. Now it is more faithful to reality.

Visible changes in the last two screenshots.

Oh, I almost forgot this post... Thanks mate  !

Besides my mixing and dust cover on new versions, it is likely that somebody recognizes some pieces that were used as start point... so if somebody is disturbed by it's parts used, I will cancel the post immediately.

( I have a tons of "Frankestein" skins and sincerely can't remember the origin of every bit and pieces that might be present... in blending and mixes )

Interesting, as Claes Sundin has the A/C marked in the Green Stab JG colour. Running the B/W pic through a picture colourizer (the one provided by@VA_SOLIDKREATE) does indeed show the X as a darker than yellow colour, and with the interpretation, Green is what is more than likely. Even when one compares the B/W image to the coloured profile above, there is a difference;

General Walter Grabmann (luftwaffeinprofile.se)

Anyway @E69_julian57 it's your interpretation and artistic licences of the the profile and its still well done. :salute:
