Question: career change of mission type possible?

is there a posibility to change the mission type in a career?

 

• for example, there is a nice mod to play the Ju 87 G tankbuster in a kuban career, hunting tanks each mission. nice!
• BUT, since we have a really cool airplane, the Bf 110 G, flying with 10.(N)/ZG 1 in kuban, we cant fly them at night hunting U-2, Li-2 and A-20s. there are always daylight interception missions, which are historically incorrect.
• at the same time, there are fancy and cool intruder mission over normandy flying Luftwaffe units into enemy territory and hunting Mosquitos or A-20s.

 

Main goal: is there a posibility to assign the 10.(N)/ZG 1 only nighttime intruder missions for the kuban career? 

 

by the way: similar problem - is there a posibility to assign the 15.(span.)/JG 27 mainly ground attack missions instead of pure fighter missions for the moscow career? Same with KG 55, to fly transport missions like KGzbV 50, into the Stalingrad pocket. a.s.o.

Yes you can.

 

change the entry in the squadrons.cfg like

 

[Mission=1101] // Intercept Bombers

[Mission=1102] // Intercept Attackers

etc...

 

To whatever mission you want to have. The available mission types you can find in the planes-to-mission.cfg
