When I ordered mine back in 2015, I was notified by email the next day. I'm not sure what the response time is these days or whether it varies a lot.

2 months now and still no response to Dserver request. @LukeFF Is there some other avenue that I should be taking?

Thanks very much! I have it in your DM. I looked in Spam but it seems that my email account deletes everything more than a month old.
