Maybe here is a little new suggestion for a new skin.

 

This Fw-190A-8, WNr 961118, red 5, of 2./JG 6 landed at Fürth at war's end.

In the background  there´s the well known Bf-109G-10, black 12, WNr 770269 from NAGr. 14.

Got back a few days ago following the entrance into Uncle Sloppy Joe's Afghan Adventure and Leaving Everyone to Die Taliban Murderfest and Emporium. That's a total of two self-inflicted foreign policy/humanitarian debacles in less than six months. I can't believe I voted for this geriatric, mentally absent, imbecile.

 

On the bright side however, we managed to evac all of our former and current terps and their families with absolutely no help from the USG and or DoD. I've got four of them in my house right now and they're always cooking something. Always. The smell...my God...the smell. I don't know where they found the dead goat and decided to cook it's anus atop an open flame but they've certainly achieved their goal of releasing some sort of CBRN attack upon all of us.

 

Though the rice is absolute fire, gotta admit.

Dropping this here for testing purposes as I've more or less run out of time with regards to freeware stuff and have to move back into the game-dev world of contracting, all of which I put to the side when I volunteered to go back to NEO our terps with my former employer. Deadlines are finite and I'm going to miss them unless I concentrate wholly on these (which I've been doing) but am still severely behind. As anyone that works in this industry knows, missing deadlines as a contractor almost always results in being blacklisted. I can't afford that.

 

So these are being plopped down here so you the user can test them out. I know I've missed things and I know there are issues with them which is why I'm asking for help with regards to QC. Please report any issues so I can fix them when and if I get a free moment in the future. Furthermore, Black 16 is highly suspect. The colorized photographs are poorly done and are low-res as f&$k, I'm working with what I have.

 

When time presents, when and if being key, I'll be updating all of my textures with optional blank numbering and registration so as to support the new IL-2 squadron markings as part of the ongoing DVD update for all aircraft.

My initial plan was to move everything over to Mega and HSD due to GDrive being hit and miss with regards to the DL speeds being completely hit and miss and at times, awful whence concerning region specific issues. Then I just gave up and abandoned the process after being told by the staff member that I needed to show reverence after volunteering my services with regards to Tank Crew, something that could and did cost in excess of $300 in order to prove the viability of it.

 

Granted, this has easily paid for itself now thanks to numerous contracts acquired after having learned the software in-depth, but the fact that this man wanted me to bow down and kiss his feet, worship at the alter of whatever and display reverence as he so distinctly put it made me nauseous. These people are video-game developers, PR managers, and Project Leads. They're not Gods, acquaintances, or your friends. They're a business entity.

Sorry Det. Not going to let you attack me like that in public. I have great respect for your artistic talent, your creativeness and your service to our country. I've always been supportive of your work and tried several times to speak to you respectfully and solve any issues you may have. I've also taken a hands off approach to you even when others have complained about your posts to me in private. But for us to work with anyone on a creative basis, there needs to be a level of mutual respect and you've been quite hostile and critical towards us in the past and I said as much to you which you admitted from what I remember. As the leader of this team I am allowed to make a judgement on who we can have a successful working relationship with. We are not required to work with anyone, even if they are talented. Even though I doubted this would work I never closed the door on you and I even said to you I think there is a way forward and I never heard back from you. Nor was there any indication from you that I said something that irritated you. We work with many in the community on a collaborative professional basis and it's worked pretty well. Game development is a collaborative endeavor and team work is crucial to having success. We do this every day and our product is proof of that.

 

Apparently you are using your skills to make money elsewhere. That's great. I came to this industry the same way and I am proof hard work pays off. But I never publicly criticized developers or manufacturers who did not see the genius in my work or didn't want to work with me.
