You can't see his profile if he is not registered. Normally such players are kick automatically after spawning but sometimes DServer doesn't kick those players.

 

Ha has been banned permanently.

This is the pilot of our squad and he has a bad Internet connection. You can see his statistics, he regularly has communication breaks. Specifically in this case, he lost both the Strick and the plane.

But there are other pilots on the server who leave the game after attacks on warehouses, so as not to return back. Their names are also known to us)

To prevent this from happening again, once you spawn, pause the game and permanently lock your gunner seat. I've personally had a few players spawn in my gunner seat and start shooting willy-nilly. They don't get kicked fast enough before they do fatal damage if you don't lock it.

when I hear the rear gunner start shooting I kick the rudder to left and right to get the  tail out of gunners way, works pretty well

Background: our ILs, involuntarily delayed the departure to the target, and =19GvFAB=Kuznetz suggested =19GvFAB=Metr to advance for reconnaissance, Metr noticed the Ju-52, and resisted the attack. They began to control them, and then =2ndSS=KRIS invited the ILs to drop bombs and go to intercept. ILs definitely reached the right point, and did a good job, his hawks. The result - five JU-52 and one 110 were shot down. Field Abganerovo saved from capture!

Here is a random meeting with virtual pilots from LLv and 19GvFAB/72AG/RedS/SkvK.=Background: We were destroying enemy tanks and about to RTB when we spotted formation of Pe2's with escort. The result was enough enemy bombers were shot down to repel the attack to our airfield.

Im was here on pe-2, our fighers escourt cant make something to prevent attack cool shooting

Goodness, lots of "bad connections" this campaign.  I don't recall it being so prevalent in previous campaigns.  And before the "bUt CaRonAviruZ ?" excuse is as overused as this exploit, I don't see ANY other servers having this issue.

 

No doubt some connections are degraded, but so many coming to light at the same time? And being perfectly fine for the entire flight before you get in trouble?  Wish my ISP could bail me out like that.

 

I'm 100% a cynic, so until there's an easy way to distinguish between the two scenarios, I'll go ahead and lump all instances in the "suspicious" category.

There were problems in the first 2-3 weeks of the pandemic around the nodes/knots in Germany during European evening times. Everyone was suffering from it.

 

 

Now, a question: Where is the server located? ?

 

 

So, as you may know now, it's neither the admins' nor the players' faults. These things just happen. Blame the German Telekom (formerly state owned) for neglecting building up a modern internet infrastructure.?

I hope in the next BOBP campaign there will be more dispersed ground targets for thunderbolts. We could attack all the bridges and maybe there could be more military single trucks and trains on the roads. Otherwise, there are only a few ground attack zones where it is too easy to found these P 47s.

 

Once I flew on the P 47 for 1.5 hours, trying to climb to an altitude of 5 km.I was running out of fuel and running out of mission time when I managed to reach the industrial zone for bombing. It was a difficult flight with the maximum weight of the bombs. The only defender easily found me on anti-aircraft tracks and I was shot down in 30 seconds)). 

 

So we don't have free hunting on the map, and heavy planes like the thunderbolt become too vulnerable. The enemy always knows where you are, just by looking at several zones on the map...

Hello, I'd like to rerport an incident to add to discussion of the "lives" system and Alt+F4 exploit.

 

Last night around 0300 server time, mission #567, user E69_Hans_Luchs disconnected twice to avoid death during the same mission. Once when fighting with user SCG_Polo and once against AAA near train objective, which I witnessed for I was defending said objective.

We had a short discussion about this on server and thus I'm reporting the incident here, for what it's worth.

Now, I'm going to add some cents here: I've discoed a few times myself when doing solo ground attack and shot down by AAA, and I can totally see why people do this. AAA feels sometimes unfairly accurate (having served IRL with AAA guns myself the close range guns are indeed unrealistically accurate) and dying is punished heavily in this server, leading to using exploits to avoid it. Of course, the only way to properly fix the issue would be if the IL2 devs would remove the exploit, but IMO removing or lightening the "death penalty" on TAW could also help, while also reducing the mental hit of getting killed on the server. Death should still be punished but losing an aircraft and maybe a 1 hour cooldown would IMO easily suffice. Can't see what benefit the 20 hours brings.

 

Anyway, rules are rules and we should stick to them, so here we are.
