Diggun Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Mother told me never to explain the joke but here goes; in an effort to make us all feel less aged and decrepit, we're pretending it's 2010. I was a fresh faced youth of 25, we were all looking forward to the Olympics, and David Camer..... Actually let's just leave it there. Simpler times. 3 1

Trooper117 Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 Latest news... due to problems with the 262's advanced flight model, it will now be the last aircraft to be released. 1 1
Archie Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 DD tomorrow, Se5a release next week. Some old jet as well probably.
blitze Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 Although the extra flying things that the update will bring is to be looked forward to, I am more interested in what under the hood improvements we will be seeing. AI, further optimization (cough no parallel projections required for dual display headsets, cough), maybe multi threading of non graphic processes...... I know, you may call me a dreamer - but I'm not the only one.? 1 2
JSOflyer69 Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 That’s sad news about the me-262 not being released in May i can understand this as it’s a very complex plane. oh well I am sure it will worth the wait when it comes?

JSOflyer69 Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 It’s the worst case scenario, but perhaps the best worst case scenario ???
Lusekofte Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 I read 262 is delayed until P-51was ready. The next DD will be about PTO 3

Diggun Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 Official word from the devs; all flight sim development has been ceased to concentrate time and energy on the upcoming release of HL3. This has been confirmed. 4 1
COVIDCowboy Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 Perhaps they are waiting so they can surprise us with the map? Are there any current airfields that can support 262?

So you just have now to check on all maps of the game? At the moment, I did not found any airfield that allows a take off with Me-262 except a "touristic plane" (with no weapons and minimum fuel)? No one's really sure where they got the elephants. 4
