That business model is no longer viable or something, don't have the link to the post in question any more though. Personally I only care about the Bf110 and the P-40 and I'm not going to buy the whole package for just those two, so no BoM for me (short of a sale, yadda yadda).

I understand the overall image exposure wouldn't really allow to clearly distinguish the sun disk, but considering the time of day that glare looks very out of place. URUAker Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 I am not happy with some aspects of BOS (Mods, graphic presets, campaign) and think some FM need tunning (but this takes time i´m confident it will be improved) But i will be buying Premium as soon as i have the money (10 days or so). Main reason is I love the planeset, second to support the genre, third summer map! I´m sure there will be arguments about Fm as soon as BOM comes out, it could not be other way, but i hope the Devs put some thoughts about the other aspects, mods, graphic presets, campaign. BOS is getting better with every patch so i´m confident on the devs.

In-game, the glare is the sun; internal or external view is the same, isn't it? To me it's just not right for dawn/dusk, therefore my suggestion.

Can't really agree with the criticisms either - impossible to comment on the tree colour I would suggest because of the effect of looking into the sun. And the glare looks fine to me too. Can anyone confirm - are we going to get summer version of Zeus's map in the April update? The clouds look fantastic too. From the pics I've seen this may turn out to be the finest rendition of terrain in a flight sim so far (though looking forward to TF's upcoming revision in COD as well) Edited April 9, 2015 by kendo 1

I always support 777Studios and old neoqb, to our present day merged with 1CStudios, but I do not see with good eyes thatthey sold me another Simulator without finishing the first. When BOS this completed absolutely, concerning to spend the $ 80 that costs dear, until then I will keep waiting for month-to-month update after update, the end of BOS and beginning of BOM... It is a personal opinion. nothing more... for me it is agreat pride knowing that we have great people working for our passion. Salute all

You guys are doing a wonderful work with passion, dedication and above all with the community. You can be proud of your dev team, All the wonderful work you made so far. Even if I do not play much , I wish I preorder now to encourage you, but It is a good time to do that now Like the very first IL2, your sim is a refreshing surprise in the sim landscape, People needs dev team like you to enjoy combat sim. The fields are brown perhaps they are parched? Anyway you must know by now that flight-sim makers are inordinately fond of the colour known as "lime-green". Oh happy days, when we thought that all that would be wrong with CLOD would be the colour of the vegetation....meanwhile when we get summer maps I shall certainly be re-installing BoS. My eyes will have just about recovered from snow-blindness by then.

I ROF and DOS support since the beginning of the adventure in 2009, but today I am not happy with Some aspects of BOS: - No Mods "on" opening the door to talented modder like ROF. - No choice of graphic presets like as shown ROF. - Can not hoster from their own PC as shown ROF. - Can not create multiple profiles (single-engine, twin-engine) as shown ROF. - A more immersive campaign like as shown ROF. - The existence of unlooks for official skins. In short a lot of thing that disappoints me. I will continue to follow the development of BOS in the hope that developers will return to some choice. Maybe they are wrong, maybe you are an "color expert", but it would be better to demonstrate that than simply claim it. So no, your opinion is not enough. The map maker had an "opinion" as well, if you want me or anyone else to prefer your opinion over that of the map maker you need to give reasons. If you want to match colour "x" with the appearance of object "X" you need to be able to identify "X" precisely. Hence my asking what you thought "X" was in this case. As for your second question, I prefered water colour in my painting days, but I understood that creating an illusion in a viewers mind was not primarily about matching a colour. 1
