I'm warming to the Hanriot despite the fact I once called it a retarded Camel (to my eternal shame). My apologies Bender.

If we ever get revised FMs with turn rates for the Albis and Pfalz more in keeping with @Holtzauge’s models I think that could breathe new life into something like the HD1. In RoF I flew it because it could outclimb the DII but trying to turn with it was a bad idea. That always felt backwards somehow to me - I expected to BnZ in the Albi.

Given it is only a handful of us pestering the devs to implement a plausible FM (as opposed to constant terror regarding the P40 timer where there is constantly voiced customer dissatisfaction), I think we have to moderate our hopes to get more plausible FM's implemented. As long as people don't care too much for it, it will not impact sales, mking it a non-issue anyway. Remember, WT sells well. As for myself, I had hopes, but as things are going I see little point in buying FC4 given some of those those corresponding aircraft are drastically off in the FM (also to cater playability in RoF).

 

Personally, I find it an attitude that sheds a dim light on the venture as a whole, including the to be announced announcement of an announcement. But at least we had a good run.

I think that sums it up pretty well @ZachariasX. If canned porridge is selling, why change the recipe?
