A Battle of Britain campaign based on Poltava's work for il2 1946

This is a BOB spitfire campaign for Il2 cliffs of Dover (Clod),
based on the excellent Fighter boys campaign from Poltava.

If you still have il2 1946 you should definitely check his work, it's
a masterpiece!

Your squadron is set to defend Britain in August 1940.

I rewrote it for Clod as best as could, and added a mission of my own.

 

The campaign is therefore 16 mission long.

Since the original airfield (west malling) seems to be broken in Clod,
especially the taxi to takeoff, I moved the squadron to Biggin Hill,
and switched to 610 squadron.

# Installation
#------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

Copy both FighterBoys.ini file and FighterBoys folder in your custom campaign folder.
For example, on windows, replacing <YOUR USER> with whoever user you uses.
C:\Users\<YOUR USER>\OneDrive\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\campaign\custom

you'll therefore have
C:\Users\<YOUR USER>\OneDrive\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\campaign\custom\FighterBoys.ini
C:\Users\<YOUR USER>\OneDrive\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\campaign\custom\FighterBoys\

Ok, great, You've explained where the INI file goes, but for all intents and purposes could you please explain the file path for the other folder marked 'FighterBoys'? As this is not listed in your 'Readme'.

Put what is inside the FigterBoys folder (FighterBoys folder and FighterBoys.ini) on Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\mission\campaign\custom

Easy to install and play.

One question: In the Intro folder a .jpg seems to be missing.

I see it is described as: campaign.jpg    which does not appear in the FigterBoys folder.

Hi, you could download the original "poster" image: https://i.imgur.com/g1U6VQi.jpg

And rename it to campaign.jpg

 

Or rename "FighterBoys.jpg" to "campaign.jpg"
