My Logitech Flight Rudder Pedals have given up the ghost after 4 years and I cant source a replacement pair in UK (no stock).  The cheap Thrustmaster pedals are no good for me, as I have a centre stick and the pedals are too narrow (which is why i liked the Logitech ones).  Has anyone any advice on best products (on a moderate budget)?  Or any experiences with the Turtle Beach VelocityOne pedals, which look similar to the Logitech ones (are they as wide?)?  All helpful comments appreciated

MFG Crosswinds with Hyrdraulic Damper are superb.

I can only agree with @dburne, MFG Crosswinds.  They are as good as I might ever want, quite customizable, I dont see them braking in the next century, and help for costumer, at least  in my case was first class.

The damper kit is not a must have, BUT well worth is price in my opinion.

Are your logitech pedals the old saitek designed ones?  What broke on them?

If the mounting for the spring breaks off on one side they are easy to repair.  Take the plate off the bottom, look where the molded mount cracked off the thick plastic support post, on the beefiest part of the post, drill a small hole near the mount point and put a small screw eye into your drilled hole in the post.  Pop the spring on it and your good to go.  Should cost you some time and about a dime for a screw eye.

You can tell the mount broke if you shake them and hear the piece rattling around in there.  Take a little care to size up your drill bit and screw eye, you don't want the hole too big or small.

Yup. Not sure if they're "the best", but they're pretty damn sweet.

And they do work for a center-stick setup.

No physical breaks. Electronics. Not recognised as USB device any more. Tried on 3 different PCs with USB2 USB3,  USB3.1 and USB3.2.

Yes, I rate them very highly for a number of reasons: including durability and ability to be customized (i.e., the option to add the damper and the choice of a wide variety of pedal types). It's really hard to go wrong with them.

Plus adjustability.

The pedals can be "rotated"  - adjusting toe in/out and their horizontal/vertical angle. Plus you can set them to extra-wide with an optional part Milan sells. And you can adjust the spring strength both for the main spring and the toe-brake springs. Plus there are two notches for the main spring to hook into, giving you even more ways of adjusting spring strength. And, of course, the cam itself is swappable with the pedals coming with two different cams as standard and others (one other? not sure) available as an extra-cost option.

With all those options for customization, MFGs are both viable as a regular "under-your-desk"-solution and as an integrated part of a dedicated sim-pit (there are mounting holes in the pedals' base-plate). Their open construction and reliance on simple hex-bolts also means that most of these adjustments are very easily done and without the need to disassemble things too far. The only exception are the toe brake springs which require a bit more work to adjust - but I found that adjustment not making a whole lot of difference in my case, so I haven't bothered tinkering with it for too long.

Another vote for the MFG Crosswinds.  They will outlive me and be passed down to my descendants.

You mean the mounts?

Those are VKB UCM-S mounts. GF (Gunfighter) version on the right - universal base-plate plus VKB WHT adapter plus Virpil CM3 to WHT adapter on the left.

Anyone have any experience with the civilian-style footrests for the Crosswinds?
