How to clean up all the stickies here?

@Wardog5711 and @BlackSix, is there any way to clean up all the posted campaigns on the Scripted Campaigns main page? Maybe there could be a master list of user made campaigns sort of like there is for the skin templates?

 

I know I personally would be fine with deleting the sticky post for Achtung Jabos which is no longer relevant and won't be updated. There may be other campaigns that could just be un-stickied to free up some room on the first page if they haven't been replied to in over a year or something like that.

 

I know everyone needs a place to get feedback on their campaigns, but maybe we could get a subforum for free campaigns and/or official pay campaigns or something like that.

 

Also there are some new user made campaigns that have been posted in the last couple of months that are way down at the bottom of the page.

I agree...there' some old, non-relevant stuff stickied there.

Maybe separate sub-forums for official campaigns and freeware.

 

Also while we're talking about cleaning things up.

The "suggestions" thread in the mission editor area is just a cruel joke.

No improvements have been made to the editor, nor will there ever be. No effort has been made to even make it stable, let alone add needed features.

 

Just delete that farce of a sub-forum please.

Why doesn't the community upload missions on Mission4Today anymore? I'm guilty of not doing it, but I should upload the few I've made. That was the place to go for missions and campaigns back in the old days.

Unpinning anything that has not been interactive in a year should be an easy start.

I agree, it's a good idea to unpin older campaigns that are no longer playable because they haven't been updated by their authors.

 

And while you are at it, could you please pin my "JG 51 over the Rzhev salient" campaign. I still release updates for it to keep it playable, but for some reason it was unpinned some time ago.

It does contain official campaigns as well though.

 

I know there are at least 2-3 new campaigns out recently I have yet to checkout and add to the sheet, but otherwise it should contain all  campaigns that are "complete" (nothing in development has been added, I only track them if they are fully flyable end to end)

There are no tank crew campaigns in there, but tank crew has a separate campaigns forum of its own.

 

Whoever is doing the cleanup, feel free to grab the list of links if it helps to replace the pins with a master list.
