[Soto Cinematics] The other 'A Higher Call' - Robert S. Johnson's P-47 that would not die

On the evening of 26th June, 1943, Robert S. Johnson's damaged aircraft was allegedly escorted by a German Focke Wulf while trying to get back to England. Previously, it was believed that Luftwaffe ace Egon Mayer was the pilot responsible for the chivalrous action, but according to Roger Freeman in 'Wolfpack Warriors' there is no record that he was there or that this event occurred. However, if we take Johnson's word, the act of camaraderie is an iconic moment of the war. Thanks to @Mysticpumafor his help in researching this video.
