Talisman Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 Hello Buzz, If I may, a quick question re Simshaker-Wings and associated JetSeat/JetPad. When will CloD/Blitz/Tobruk be compatible with Simshaker-Wings and associated JetSeat/JetPad? It would be great to be able to feel the undercarriage come up/down, feel the stall buffet coming on with high AOA, feel the aircraft rumble along the runway, feel drag buffet from gear, flaps, air brakes and battle damage, etc, etc, just like we can with DCS and IL-2 GB. Simshaker-Wings is such huge value added in relation to the feeling of flight simulation. Any news would be very much appreciated. Happy landings, Talisman 5
=420=Syphen Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 (edited) Just going to bump this.. I use Simshaker with IL2 Great Battles, DCS and Flight Simulator. I'd love for CLoD:Blitz/Tobruk to offer it as well.. Especially with VR coming. @Andremay be able to help out @Buzzsaw Edited January 30, 2022 by =420=Syphen 1
ATAG_Slipstream Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Hi Guys, I think the developer may have to enable support within SimShaker-Wings for it to work and we would have to expose the relevant data from the sim for it to read and use. I've read Andre's blog and I think there is a workaround for Cliffs of Dover/DW-Tobruk and the JetSeat vibe cushion here, although I have no idea whether this information is still relevant. I've sent Andre a message to see what would be required to enable this in Cliffs of Dover. Of course it would depend on the availability of the team as to when this could be implemented depending on workload. I must say, its does look very impressive. Cheers, Slip 1
ZiggyZiggyStar Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 I wholeheartedly agree with posts here, Simshaker wings and Jet pad add so much to the immersion in IL2 (and MSFS for that matter) when combined with VR. I really hope for CLoD and Tobruk implementation asap. 1

Not saying I wouldn't come back to the sim when vr arrives if Simshaker was not yet available but it would surely feel like something is missing.
BBAS_Tiki_Joe Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 +1 Add me to the list of wanting this feature included. I love my buttkicker.

Cheers, Slip Yeah, they need to enable UDP telemetry export. Jason & the 1C team managed to get it added to Great Battles so fingers crossed Buzzsaw and TF can do it as well. If they can bring VR to CLoD, I believe in their ability to get Simshaker working. 1

There are a couple of ways if doing it. UDP its just one. We're all very busy so can't make any promises as to if/when this could be implemented. Edited February 13, 2022 by ATAG_Slipstream 2
