Guest deleted@134347 Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 hey, guys, a while back I remember seeing a diagram of how to do a dive bombing in the Anton. It had the dive angle, speed and the bomb release altitude (~600 meters I think). Can anyone find this picture? Pretty please?
Guest deleted@134347 Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 thank you, @=FSB=HandyNasty, I like his videos, they are very instructive. But I'm after the actual diagram/picture.

I wanted to try the bombing with bomb's timer set to "on contact" as per FW190 bomb controller in the cockpit, i.e. it had the ability to set the fuse to 0.08 seconds delay only. The delayed fuse ( 5-10 seconds, etc) was a field modification that was set by the ground crew. With such short delay of 0.08 seconds there's a risk of damaging the aircraft by the bomb's explosion, so I wanted to try out the real tactics used by the LW.

I have read that often and tried it a lot too but for one reason or another, my bombs always skip past the target. Any tips? I hope Requiem makes a tutorial about this one day like his wonderful dive bombing tutorial mentioned earlier in this topic. Have a nice day.
