What do I need next?

This whole matrix of products is becoming unmanageable to keep track of. I recently purchased all (I thought) of the premium packages, but obviously there are things like the collectors aircraft that do not come with the packages, and other things that do not have references to on the site. There really should be a way to sort out what a user has vs. what is available to purchase, with out a lot of back and forth comparisons and list making. A simple page with the list of products, and when the user goes there it fills in what he has licensed to his account. You could even turn it into a sales opportunity by placing "buy" buttons there. I'm at a loss for what I have and don't have now.

I agree it could be reworked in a more convenient form like you suggested - but you did check store->profile->purchases, didn't you? There's a list of all your purchases.

I have looked at that but it doesn't show what there is left to buy. Short of making lists and cross references and playing hunt the needle, it gets rather confusing quickly. Sales should not be confusing or problematic. This whole project is on a grand scale, and I commend them for their initiative, but the fragmentation is horrendously confusing to a newbie like myself.

After buying all modules n' such, I had to go into the QMB and compare the plane list of what I could fly with what could fly against me. That was how I discovered I was missing a 109...imagine my embarrassment.

Yep this really should be made simpler. At one site one should be able to easily see a list of what they own and what they do not own.

It is even worse if you have bought stuff from Steam, as not everything is available there (some campaigns, no clue why though), then you buy something here, then some day you come back to Steam not knowing you own it etc.

This should be definately reworked, I am aware that it might not be possible to integrate it with Steam properly but both platforms should be clear in two matters:

- You should be able to easily distinct what you already have (already works on Steam, so official shop needs a fix)

- Everything should be available both in official shop and Steam (already works for official shop, but I believe it is dev's choice that some parts cannot be purchased on Steam)

I do agree, it is a mess. That's why I prefer to buy the standard editions and then the collector planes individually, it gives me better track of what I have.

@tomcat2200

If you've bought all the premium editions then the only confusing part should be the collector planes so here's a list of what planes you don't get with premium editions:

Hurricane MK.II

Yak-9T

Yak-9

U-2VS

LA-5FN

Bf 109 G-6

JU 52/3M

Yak-1B

Thanks for all the reply's. I found a way to sort out everything, by dropping everything into the shopping cart and it tells you what you already own by flagging all the items you have and tagging them as gift only purchases. I find that extremely considerate on the devs part so as to not sell you the same software twice. A salute to them for that. I still think a product check page would really be nice to verify new products and just to sort out bits and bobs.
