Tiny mission.  One plane air start with what is supposed to be heave clouds and snow.  Precipitation is snow and precipitation level is 8/10.  That should be a pretty good amount of snow.

No snow.  hardly any clouds.  This was created in the ME and not PWCG.

I believe snow and rain only happen on 'Overcast' clouds. @LLv34_Temuri and @LLv34_Untamo have tested this theory and would know better than me.

Confirm, only overcast can have rain/snow. And I still have this weird feeling that it wasn't always so...

No, your not mistaken Untamo.

For a very short time after the "Blue Mission" weather update IIRC, you could in fact have snow or rain in med and heavy cloud configurations as well as overcast.

So, I am not (completely) mad? ;)  ... Ok. Wonder why they took it away...?

Good question. As it was most probably an unexpected/unintended consequence of the cloud update and as noted, quickly corrected.  Perhaps other things within the subsequent hotfix negated it's continued application.

Was fun to see and fly around in while it lasted though.
