Hi there skinners. I have long been a fan of the 325th FG and have made 3 documentaries on the group. I wonder if anyone would be interested in creating a pack of skins relating to the 325th Fighter Group which had a group of Pilots known as the "Fearsome Foursome".

George Novotny - #27 "Ruthless Ruthie" on the port side and "Lady Janie IV" on the Starboard side.

@Mysticpuma Do you want 'Little Sir Echo' on both sides? The picture you posted is the only one I can find.

As far as I can find out and all the images I have seen it is only on the Starboard side.

Was a crew chief responsible for a number of aircraft or just one?

Well, not 100% sure, but as far as I know, the chef responsible was responsible just for one. And both, the pilot and his chief mechanic, worked

hand in hand. Each sortie was discussed and analysed.

Especially the German fighter pilots had very close friendship with their ground crew - the even took them on board when they had to escape in
a hurry - mostly in the fuselage and sometimes plus another one in the cockpit.
