  1. That's a very common technique in case your pitch change motor gets blown out, you can still feather the prop!
  2. Having been a part of these as well, I would certainly love to see them get going again. Escorting bombers in the contrails while coordinating with multiple groups is always epic. Siqhter

  5. P-47-D22 'Jamie Boy/The West "by gawd" Virginian' was flown by Lt. Jamie Laing and Lt. Robert 'Punchy' Powell, Jr. Lt. Laing shared his aircraft with Lt. Powell when he first arrived at Bodney. A slightly different version of Punchy's nose art is also found on his P-51B and D. I am also releasing my six aircraft P-47 352nd Fighter Group skinpack. If you have already downloaded the previous 352nd skins, there is nothing new. If you wish to download these and ensure you have the most recent versions, just drop them in your skins folder and override the old ones. Siqhter

  8. This Razorback named 'Sweet Louise' was flown by Capt. Virgil Meroney of the 487th FS, 352nd FG. Two additional names adorn the starboard side of the aircraft, 'Miss Josephine' was the wife of his crew chief, S/Sgt. Albert Giesting, and 'Hedy' the wife of his assistant, Sgt. Jack Gillenwater. Capt. Meroney was the only P-47 ace in the history of the 352nd. Siqhter DOWNLOAD HERE - https://www.lockonfiles.com/files/file/3849-p-47-d22-sweet-louise-of-the-352nd-fighter-group/
