4.008 no skins for IL-2 Sturmovik mod 1941

Since the 4.008 update my 1941 model of the IL-2 has no skins except for default.

 

Is this right? Has only 1 main skin been updated to 4k?

 

I had thought all of them were...

 

To  try and fix it I:

1. Backed up my Graphics\Planes and Graphics\Skins folders for the IL2

2. Ran Steam "Verify integrity of game folders" to re-acquire the skins/graphics files for the IL-2

 

However there is still only 1 skin.

Where are the default skins stored?

What do I  have to do to make it re-download/fix these?

Does this known issue affect other planes as well? I have the same problem with the P-47 Razorback. The default skins are now in the custom drop down menu in game.

I looked at skins, everything is fine.

What mods do you have installed? I have Achtung Panzer which causes this.
