LordNeuro*Srb* Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 I dont know it thise the place for it, but trayed to buy BoBP standard edition (we r having new restrictions Covid-19), so to give me a new planes to fly, but i cannt buy it. I have money on cc, and did al the standrad enter for buying but it says Your payment could not be processed. Please contact customer support for further assistance. Do i need to check the 2 thick box to make the purches work. The picture is below. Help is wery welcome so i could bay it before it go expensive for me. Thx.

You have to contact xsolla suport as it is a payment issue - not an issue with this site or the store. I was blocked due to an attempted purchase from a dodgy source - I had to prove that I hadn't attempted to make the purchase by sending them images of my bank statements along with various other sources of identification. Was made to feel like a criminal to be honest. It took two weeks to sort out the issue and I was forced to buy through Steam instead, at the time, to take advantage of the sale. A decision I regret now as not only does my profile not display the badges for all the content that I own but I was gutted to give so much of the profit of the purchase to Steam rather than the developers themselves. A fault not of their making... After having my account unblocked - the exact same thing happened when I tried to pre-order BoN and the Hurricane...! I have spent another two weeks getting the account unblocked again... One solution would be to get someone to gift you the game and you give them the money, maybe...? Hope to see you in the skies...! That was what I did in the end, by the way - a good friend of mine gifted them to me - you know who you are...! Big shout out to you, fella...!
