4.006e Bristol Fighter F.II and F.III bomb racks without bombs

Not sure if this was introduced with a hotfix or with 4.006, but the Bristol Fighter (F.II and F.III) has the bomb racks on by default, even without bombs.

Oh and taking screenshots in the hangar screen looks bugged. I don't know what could be causing this, I'm not using external shaders, though I did change FXAA to MSAA.

For the record: this is not historically accurate.

@J5_Hellbender, Yes, that's right. this is Bristol since ROF.

Thanks for your reply, @-DED-Rapidus

Sorry, maybe the issue wasn't clear because of the screenshots (it is problem with MSAA).

The Bristol should NOT have bomb racks when "Without Modification" is selected. This is not the case in RoF either.

I think this was introduced with 4.005 or 4.006 or a hotfix. I'm sure it was not the case before that.

Thanks,

Bender

I'm sorry, but I don't agree.

On all other Flying Circus planes the bomb racks are removed when not carrying bombs. This is a bug that was recently introduced.

If it is not a bug, it is a mistake.

Also do not agree the bomb racks on the Bristol are working correct at the moment. For one the No 4 and No 6 armaments continue to not have them when they should.

Definitely looks like both these bugs are related. Maybe the fix for one caused the other?

You are so eager to find a problem where there is none). Well, as soon as the designers have time, we will try to solve this issue and I do not promise anything.

Thank you @-DED-Rapidus!

I want to clarify that I do not report bugs as a way to find problems. I hold your simulation to the very highest standards, the same standards which I know you set for yourself. The Bristol in Flying Circus is a work of art and it is worthy of being correct when a small bug slips in unnoticed. This is software development and I know that bugs happen and that they are not your fault, that you can't all fix them right away, and that some bugs are more urgent than others. I used to be a professional software test coordinator.

For clarification, here is a video of the Bristol Fighter when it was first released for Flying Circus Volume 1 (note that there are no bomb racks):
