How to setup a server

I'm looking to setup a server first for testing, and later for some decent tank crew content.  Though i am currently having troubles regarding the Dserver.  Particularly I cannot play the game and run the Dserver at the same time and currently the only information i can find on this topic is from 2015.  They claim you need to post somewhere in the forums a request for an account specifically for hosting the Dserver.  However i cannot find where this is and I am also unsure if this is still accurate as there has been a lot of changes to Il2 and I haven't gone through the process of setting up a server before.  Any information related to this would be greatly appreciated.

I have configured DServer on my internal network.
I can run it, using internal IP address. It become registered at master server, but no one see it except me on the same network.
How can I make it visible for others?

Just a blind guess: Is port forwarding to your server in your router configured?

Also, make sure that you select the External checkbox in the DServer configuration.
