That doesn't include Cliffs of Dover support.

Without SimShaker wings and VR compatibility it is extremely unlikely I will ever return to CloD, but I have many happy memories of the good old days.

Happy landings,

I had grim thoughts too, but acquired a collection of MS FFB2's over the last couple of weeks and they at least give some notion of flight.
I don't know about VR but some people already made it work for Strike Fighters 2 (which is eons old), and for SimShaker I think Andre only needs API, a couple of lines of code or something like that? Don't lose hope :)

Yes, I use MSFF2 and have one spare as back up.  Love the FF :)

I wonder, can CloD run both a FF joystick and a FF seat cushion at the same time?

Happy landings,

Now with Tobruk being released it would be excellent if you could indeed look at incorporating the support. Hopefully also for CLoD Blitz at the same time....

Me too!

The thought of the CloD series in VR and with my JetSeat and MS force feedback joystick is keeping me going.

Things could be even better than the good old days, LOL.

Happy landings,

Aye. And I'm very confident we will see the VR support somewhere down the roade hence I will buy Desert Wings to see this happen. Good times ahead, for sure!

Please add support for the Jetseat, its the most immersive device i have ever bought. The GB series feels awesome with it like a bunch of other sims.

I pre-order purchased Desert Wings to support TF in the hope that it will eventually support both VR and the SimShaker Wings software with the JetSeat and JetPad.

I don't fly simulators that don't support VR or SimShaker software with JetPad/JetSeat, so I am still waiting to fly Desert Wings and hope that I will be able to fly it for the first time at some point next year.

DCS and IL-2 GB are the flight simulators that I fly at the moment and I am glad to say that they both support VR and the JetSeat/JetPad.  I am waiting for TF to catch up in the hope that it will be worth the wait.  I hope TF don't end up being left behind.  As a side note, I notice that motion platforms are now becoming more common and add yet another layer of immersion.  Some folks are using motion platforms together with a JetPad/JetSeat and VR for some great immersive flying.

Happy landings,

Hello Guys

We are planning to incorporate seat vibration support at the same time as we add VR.

Assuming we are successful with VR then you should see it.

At the moment it is possible to get the FF effect through seat pads from the game in a less tuned way.

BUTTKICKER works this way.

But a fully tuned system would  be on the same timeframe as the VR update.

Glad to hear it. I purchased to support you guys but haven't played till VR support is there.  Ever since I added some bass shakers to my seat and started using Andre's software with BoX in VR.. It has really transformed the whole experience and taken immersion to the next level.   Very excited about being able to jump into Tobruk when this stuff arrives. Thanks for the efforts @Buzzsaw

Buzz,

Any update on this?  We are looking for support for SimShaker Wings with the JetPad and JetSeat.

At this point we are still looking at what timeframe will allow us to implement this effect.

It won't be present in the initial beta for VR.

Just bumping this topic as a keen Jetseat fan.

Is the implementation to allow the output of telemetry to enable products like Simshaker Wings to support Cliffs of Dover or is it direct support for Jetseats (and other devices) without the need for third party software?
