Searchlights.....where in the manual?

I used to know how to do this but it has been awhile.  Come someone point me where it is addressed in the manual.  Been going cross eyed trying to find it.!

Searchlights are mentioned in several places in the editor manual (mainly related to the target defense switch). You can create a list of all the places that searchlight appears by using the Advanced Search feature, available in your pdf reader Edit menu. Once the list is produced, you can click on any instance in the list box to go to the location in the manual.
