BP_Lizard Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 Anyone here uses the Track Clip Pro with their TrackIR? Can I ask a small favor, please? Lay it down on a flat surface, like in the photo, and kindly measure, in millimeter, the offset between the surface and the middle sensor (red line on the photo). I'm making my own tracker clip from materials I have lying around. Thanks.
Bando Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 I have another clip, where the lights are in one line. So it really does not matter that much. As long as you have three lights, vertically separated, it'll be ok. 1
BP_Lizard Posted August 14, 2018 Author Posted August 14, 2018 @ruby_monkey Thank you, sir. @Bando: Thank you. Good to know.

BP_Lizard Posted August 14, 2018 Author Posted August 14, 2018 After a bit of tweaking the tracking, it turned out pretty good. Thanks for the help. 1
JonRedcorn Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 (edited) Dang dude nice job, mine is super ghetto, used pens and a bottle cap. Edited August 14, 2018 by 15th_JonRedcorn 1
BP_Lizard Posted August 15, 2018 Author Posted August 15, 2018 @15th_JonRedcorn : Thank you very much. Just aesthetic, brother. What’s important is that it works and does its job. I say we did a great job. Total.money spent was 8 bucks for the IR LEDs, resistor, and heat shrink tubing. The rest were odds and ends from the tool box. 1
JonRedcorn Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 Yeah it was super cheap, using the ps3 eyecam think it cost me like 10 bucks to make the whole thing. Might pick up a delanclip one of these days. 1
