@Jade_Monkey Thanks a million for this; and especially for supplying the doc too so we can customize it to our needs. Great!

In the I-16 notes we have "There is also a back-up folding mechanical sight which can be used..." Can we use that in-game?

From what I remember someone else mentioning, it can only be used when the standard one is damaged. It switches onto the folding one automatically.

Thanks for the info and for the files.

Early update to familiarize yourselves with the Mossie.

For those comfortable with the Spitfire Mk IX engine, it should feel very familiar. Major difference is manual radiators (fully on/off).

Once in a while I want to check some engine settings but going into the Specs tab in multiplayer can be very dangerous, so I wanted to have a quick reference printout to have by my side.

This is taken directly from the game's specs, I just condensed the info that I usually need: Engine settings, time limits, recommended speeds, and temperature limits.

I also kept some of the notes for each plane, but removed the most obvious ones and tried to leave the ones that i think i will need.

Do you think it possible to put in a True Airspeed (TAS) and Indicated Air Speed (IAS) chart in there by Altitude... i.e. at 20kft IAS is 250, your TAS is 440.. something like that. That might prove a bit exausting though.. LOL

Thanks JM

I'm happy to add one is someone can provide a good reference. TAS vs IAS is a bit beyond my expertise.

It was only a suggestion JM..... its a constantly changing value we would need a calculator for. I think people forget what is on the indicator is not the true value.

So relax JM, I was waxing philosophically.  LOL.

Think you could add yards to meters conversion chart? This would be useful for convergence settings, some gunsights use yards.

Very useful document!  For the C-47 notes the recommended speeds are switched between the Km/h and Mph values :salute:

Can we hope for updated notes for the Bf 109 G6 AS/ASM? Would be great if you could expand your pilot notes!

There arent really many differences from the existing G6 page, the main difference is that the emergency setting with no MW-50 lasts for 3 mins instead of 1 min, and it's set at 1.7 ATA instead of 1.42.

I'll upload the files once there is a more substantial release for other planes.

I noticed in the notes for C-47, second last bullet point

"three-channel autopilot system (main control RShift+A)."

Should be RAlt+A
