Another ground attack mission with the Tempest V, this time looking for enemy trains.

 

Edit: refuel function at the beginning of the mission seems to be bugged and the refuelling happens really fast (like 2 secs), I'm sure it will get patched.

Thx for all those missions but during Tempest V Last train to Eindhoven!

Being indeed swiftly refuelled.

Made taxi to Tennis in order to take position to the left of Tennis 3.

Tennis 1 & 2 take off.

On Runway I received several "messages / warnings : landing successfull" ???

As Tennis 3 does not take off, I decide to take off alone.

After a short delay, in flight without crash, mission ends with mention flight cancelled and on event tab : player down.

Please what do I do wrong?

Playing under 4005b / Win 10, mission resaved on 04/12/20

Hi, Not sure if this has been reported before but mission " P38 strike on radar station "  has a bug ?  When I select this mission to fly it crashes back to desktop with the message

 

      Object Undefined, Lua scripts/world objects/blocks/barrels/4x4 txt        the other P38 mission plays OK,    Just thought I would pass it on

 

As far as the rest of the missions, well you would not need to download anything else in this game because its all here! A hell of a lot of thought has gone into this missions package

It would have to be at the top of the list for all us enthusiast who relish playing this wonderful flight sim.            thank you Jade Monkey.

Thanks, I had fixed the issue but I have not done an upload of my missions since, so it will be included in the next batch.

 

Long story short, the barrels object decorating the airfield was bugged with an invisible wall that made vehicles collide several feet away from the object. I reported it and they fixed it in the last patch.

I have a couple skins for that...P 51, IL-2 ,YAK 1 b,PE-2,PO 2  ...not 100% historical models ,but...?.

Periodically I merge the first post to group them all.

 

I dont do it every time, only where there are enough to make it worth it, or when a game update requires all missions to be re-saved.

Hello, I played a few of these well crafted and very enjoyable missions, thanks a lot  for that time and dedication @Jade_Monkey . I was wondering if there is a "The legend of Y29" like mission already existing here or any plans to build one in the future. I always loved that episode from History channel's Dogfights.

Jade Monkey some time ago you PM'd me or posted four variations of your Battle of Britain Missions.Recently I discovered they no longer loaded,possibly because of a game update,I'd guess.Is it possible for you to re-post them?I'd love to re-fly them again from the opposite sides so to speak...

I got rid of those missions a while ago because they were a bunch of repeats from different perspective, and it was cluttering my list of missions. Sorry, I dont have them anymore.

Bugged A20-Refinery on fire mission

The mission ends after passing the first waypoint

Weird.

I've played it many times and never had this problem.

Did you orbit before this waypoint?

 

Most of the time it's an issue with timer triggering the "missionend" or the "checkzone" too soon.

@WM_KMS that only triggers if you fly towards the sea. Are you going straight to the first waypoint?

You were right, I was able to reproduce the issue. It must have changed after I initially released it, in the second round when i made some tweaks.

Everytime I load one of your missions I get a pop up "Object undefined" once I click ok another pops up. Any idea how to fix this?

 

EDIT: This actually happens when I load any mission even the stock game missions. I'll have a look  at the Technic Help forum

SOLVED: It was a problem with loading 2 of the same Mod.

Looks like your install could be corrupted and it's not finding certain objects like the boat in that message.

 

If you have Steam use the check file integrity function, otherwise you might have to do a clean install again.

 

Edit: If you have any mods try disabling them.

I’ve found that often Lau Script error such as the one shown here are the result of conflict with one or more of installed “Mods.” If you have Mods that operate through the JSGME utility,you might try to “uninstall “ them all & try to install one at a time & test.
