II/JG11_ATLAN_VR Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 (edited) thx Tip for FNBF Mission Twenty, what a nice Mission ,with the new Bf109G-6( what a nice german technical masterpiece of german Engineering, we like it, especially the deadly MK108 cannon)because we dont have already II/JG11 Skins for the Bf109G-6, we have to fly as german Aces, Graf Green 1(II/JG11ATLAN) Bartels, Red 13(II/JG11TERZEROLE) and Weiss, White 10(II/JG11PUMA) Good flights for us PUMA 3 Kills Terzerole 2 Kills and i made it home safely 3times, but no kills, may be next time i really like the new update and the visual improvements and the new airplanes! it had been a lot of work and testing the last months! THX TO ALL FOR THE NICE FLIGHT Edited March 17, 2018 by II/JG11ATLAN 4 1
[DBS]Tx_Tip Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Good time... Was there an A-20 sighting? Also how was the Yak-7B in action. Tip

1.JaVA_BlGGLES Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 We did 2 rides in the Cobra and found a formation of 4 Stuka's! Yeah............all went down! Then we had the entire Luftwaffe on our neck! But..............the P39 can take a lot of damage.............we both Parachuted to safety. After that we took the A20 for a ride! It flies very well and fast. We took out a lot of targets together and landed safe on our base! Great show guys! Cheers Biggles 3 3

As long as the structural Integrity of the formula 1 monocoque that the IL2 have is holding so are pilot quite safe inside Did see my first russian tree with limitet structural Integrity (falling over), makes the crashes sites in forest looks better, not that make any one happier Edited March 17, 2018 by SCG_happy_meal

At the begining, hard to find all indicators (i fly without tips), by the way, i damaged 2 engines 'cause temp' overheat...(it was my situation when i've been shot down, trying to land on K(censored)AR airfield. it's an excellent firepower station. You cross his guns, ure in no futur situation. it's easy to fly, perhaps a little heavy (The Yak 7-b is a combat version of a school plane). We would apreciate to fly in it next time (and in yak 1-b too ). Hope to see a day, Yak9. Thanks a lot for participation. Regards. Edited March 17, 2018 by NN_Razor 1
1.JaVA_KEBEN Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 A small attack on some German targets with our new A-20 , with Biggles and KEBEN 3 3
216th_Lucas_From_Hell Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Yesterday I ditched the birds to fly next to the squirrels. It was loads of fun, though very dangerous too. The first mission was hairy - we were separated from our escort, and a group of Bf-109s came upon us while we worked on our target. All of the flight was obliterated, out of all people I managed to live a little longer than everyone else but in the heat of the moment my propeller clipped a tree while I tried to dodge four Bf-109G-6s with a dead gunner at the back. The belly landing that followed was smooth enough to walk away from at least. Our second sortie went a little better though! Our escort was tied down in an engagement, and once again the Bf-109s decided to hunt the Il-2s. A bad idea, as they were to find out! Having lost two to AAA, the remaining four refused to be prey and worked together to fend off the threats. Three Bf-109s were shot down in the process for no further Il-2 losses, and our Normandie friends made sure we got home safely after that. During the third mission we were left alone for once, or so we fought - right as we approached our airfield, a massive dogfight was raging right by it! Thankfully our friends in their new Yak-7Bs were sharp as ever, and eliminated the threat right as we came in to land. The last mission of the night was too intense for the few pilots we had left. Half the flight was blown to bits by AAA, and the other half saw their night ended via MK 108 rounds. Nonetheless, I was fortunate enough to survive! 3

1.JaVA_KEBEN Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 The P-39 is a beautiful device, but unfortunately can not stand against a BF 109. To disable bombers and ground targets, he is fine, we will have much to practice with this aircraft because he's not really easy to fly in a dogfight 3 1 1
NN_Razor Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 Cause it's seams not build for dogfight . I'll try it the afternoon.
[DBS]Tx_Tip Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 Keben Productions rock'in in roll'in... Great stuff pards. If ever there was mission that stresses how important escort has become. Air superiority now means survival or doom over the frontlines. 1
1.JaVA_BlGGLES Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 Clearly! But you had fighters escorting! at least 4 I think hard fight but fun, one of the stuka’s even attacked me! Then I changed possition to his six with all fighters attacking me! Pfffff.... cheers Biggles
