Some excellent sorties out there for both sides. Could of used some more Allied and Axis tankers out there to keep each other busy as they met up a couple of times instead of the AI/Drone herds that Hummels pounded throughout the mission.

Apologies for that.. I had spent quite some time preparing for yesterday and at the last moment it turned out my squadmate had himself signed up for a tank he doesn't own so he wasn't able to play. I was a bit disappointed and not really having a lot of fun on my own. I should probably just have joined the P47 voice chat and see if they could have supported me but I was was a bit annoyed and bumped out.

 

I love the vid Hummels made! The tank mission in itself is a real nice addition to FNBF I think!

If you had hung around for few more minutes you would have caught 8 P47s,  half of them damaged,  coming in to land.   In fact we passed over your heads going the other way as you were heading home ?

whilst its no big deal, I notice you have me down for il2 slot and a yak1 for some reason. Yak1 that need at least some basic AA skills is wasted on me.

Tip, I'm likely to be a late arrival this week, due to a charity golf tournament starting at 7 am, but should not be late by much.

Please put me down for a Yak since those are short.

 

However, if NN squad shows up with numbers & need my Yak to fly together, kindly give it to them & put me in whatever else is left (always happy to fly with 1.JaVA or the IL-2's).

I think that’s too late I already got briefing. Only opened it and peaked at it. So I won’t be able to utilize it.

Besides you may want to transfer over to a Yak after they get done painting those swastika's on your tail from last week...

thx to all especially to tip for maken it happen again.

first we wie fly Bf109G2s after first sortie we switched to Bf109F2s a more agile plane against the" ratas" in dogfights
