Hi, I made registration, but after one mission I changed the name.

The problem is that when Logged, it writes me_ renamed_user_1812

When I try to attach to the Squad, it writes me: You are already member of...

But I am not, actually. other comrades dont see me in the squad.

one of my squad member has decided to do some paratrooper transporting mission. two times, exactly. But neither of them could be "completed" because the paratroopers didnt jumped. Is there anything what can cause a problem like this?

Cowardly AI paratroopers, obviously.  :mellow: 

 

Or the supply officer failed to provide parachutes for the flight(s). :biggrin:

I've just read the PDF, and looked at the website, and have a question about the campaign. I think when I first looked, only very early fighters were available, now it looks like a whole lot more is available.

I was just wondering how the campaign advances in terms of planes that are available to us ? how long are the campaigns ? I'm thinking of joining the server around the weekend, so it's useful to know these things in advance

Available modifications you can only increase fighting success.

Do you accept suggestions? I like realistic navigation, but this server need more people, and with the GPS navigation this server can get their attention. Saw many players joined, and left after a few minutes. I belive they realized that there is no GPS, and they left.

No navigation for Random Expert please. We have Random Normal and WOL for that. Biggest immersion killer for me at least...

I'd strongly advise against GPS. The game map is really well made and having the ability to sneak in using tougher routes is very rewarding.

I'd like to add that when GPS is on, there shouldn't be a lot of cloud cover in the missions. For bombers, GPS+heavy clouds are an easy mode to get to the target unintercepted.

The new statistics, is temporarily closed registration. The functionality is still in development. But in the old version you can still register pilots and squads.

 I agree, and all in all this is an Expert map where navigation for a lot of us is part of the challenge and immersion. If you don't like to fly without GPS there are plenty of servers with those aids.

Immersion and realism aspects aside, it seems that turning GPS off tends to keep away the kind of players who make WoL hard to enjoy.

That's a bit backwards of you to blame me for disliking something you want. In my experience someone will gradually grow towards an expert server when he becomes more experienced. There should be MP servers options for everyone. Not just new pilots.

I belive this server needs more people. I like realistic navigation but to get other people's attention, the GPS is the best choice i belive. This server has very very good missions, targets etc. but these are senseless if the server population hardly reaches 20-35 between 2 weekends. The best choice would be the GPS. 

And the main thing is, the german team has enough population. But the red side has very low population. around Blue 35, Red 2-9. It is very low.

And to make this clear, im against the GPS too, but there is no other options (imho) to get more players attention. Please consider this admins.

I get your point, but i doubt that removing something that the current loyal players like is going to change that is a positive way.

Maybe it could be a 1-2 weeks test. If it has no effect on the server's population, they can change it back.

Increased number of points the fighter twice. Reduced fines.

The exact numbers can be found under "Info" Changed thresholds to confer titles (downward).
