Icon in the server list

I wanted to know how to add an icon to my server in the IL2 Sturmovik server list. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Hello!

 

You sent a 32x32 pixels .ico file, please send a 40x40 pixels .png file. Please also provide the server name exactly as it will be in the game, because the icon will be shown if the name matches exactly.
