Li-2 AI flight crashing into mountains

I have been flying a career on the Kuban map.  Whenever I get an airborne intercept mission, when I arrive and spot the Li-2 flight, five of the six have crashed into the surrounding mountains and only one is still flying.  This has happened on the last three or four such missions.

@LukeFFIs the mission file the same as the flight log?  If so, the .mig file type cannot be attached.

It's the _gen.mis file the team needs, thanks.

@LukeFF  Looking everywhere and I am not finding these files.  Can you give me a clue on where I can find them?  Thank you.

It's the _gen.mission file in /data/missions. You'll need to grab it before generating another mission, as this file is overwritten every time a new mission is created either in career or quick-mission mode.
