IL-2 M41/M42/M43 please check / correct default Oil Cooler setting "closed" on mission begin

Hello @LukeFF,

By default the IL-2 Oil Cooler setting is fully closed.

Could you please check if this could be changed to 75%...100% as a default - mission begin setting to avoid overheating of the engine.

Of course I know now how to adjust, but for pilots who want to use for the first time realistic engine settings it creates unneccessary trouble.
