Player; where is it ...?

Just downloaded and opened a complex TC mission in the ME, where all stuff is named default, vehicle here.

Is there a trick to find the player fast?

Used to find it by looking for one with a lot of green lines, but does not work for this one ...

you could open the .misson file with a text editor and search for AiLevel = 0

None that I know of. I use the search and select window and end up going through them one by one until I find it. 😐

If you all files and keep only the*.eng and the *.mission

 

, you could search the player's name ailevel = 0 with text editor.

And you can name it:

 

Open the mission with Mission Editor (will take some time) and save.

You can search for player and add it to selection:

And you can center the view on it:

Exception?

There's no AILevel = 0 in Tipp's fantastic randomizing Kanalkampls RAF mission ... (just wanted to change default weapons for the Hurricane player).

found it however: No.213 Squadron LDR (en:6312).

Did you change the mission uploaded here or is it the original one?

 

I found 'AILevel = 0;' in both missions. RAF and Luftwaffe...
