Cant get the assignet button for emergency power and supercharger to work on the 109 and 190 series?

Is there becouse these planes are moustly automaticly and therefore they would not activate ?

Yup.  They use a fluid coupling to drive the supercharger instead of a gear drive.

The Mw 50 comes on with full throttle on most of them. (I forget which ones are manual)

All of the late 109s have "automatic" emergency boost. It's described in the pilot's notes.

I would elaborate also that MW-50 kicks in automatically above ~1.4 ATA so you want to make sure you're not just under the threshold for it, otherwise you'll be cooking your engine for no reason.

To add to what has been posted about the 109s, the FW 190 A8 (and the ground attack versions of the A5 and A6) has manual boost. Press the button you assigned to WEP and it will work with full throttle. In the A 5 and A6 only below 1000m.

Thx Gents for info 🙂👍

Side note: when the tecno chat msg says

"Low pressure in induction system". Does that mean MW50 has run out?

If it's the first time you use it, I think it's just the system needing a moment to crank-up. Just gun the throttle like is intended.  I'd only worry about it if you've gone over time with it. I'm not sure if every model is this way but some give 3 uses for a period of time requiring a cooldown in between each use.

I think most aircraft that use MW-50 have a 30 minute supply you can use 10 minutes at a time.  If you exhaust the 10 minutes, I think gives you that techno-chat.  Then you have to wait for it to regenerate.

It would be really nice if somebody could clarify how to use it (is it automatic or button press), how it works, how long for, how many times, what the tech chat says, what to look for if no tech chat and how to start the process again....

As @LukeFF mentioned, it's explained in the Pilot's notes.

  • MW-50 water-methanol mixture injection system that prevents the engine detonation in the emergency power mode (modification). It engages automatically when the throttle is set to maximum, there is enough mixture for 25-30 minutes. However, the engine can work up to 10 minutes at this mode, wait for another 10 minutes at the combat mode before engaging the emergency mode again. Attention: running the engine at the emergency mode without the water-methanol mixture or at altitudes higher than 6 km is forbidden! A pilot can check the system using the injection pressure indicator on the left: its normal pressure is 0.6…0.7 atm, stop using it if the pressure is lower than 0.4 atm and switch the engine to combat mode.

For MW50, aka emergency mode, you need to go full throttle.  Don't go halfway in-between combat / 1.3ata / 2600rpm and full throttle or else you won't get enough, or any MW50 injection to stop the engine from detonation.  Basically 80% or 100% throttle; nowhere in-between.
