BOO Posted May 15, 2024 Posted May 15, 2024 (edited) Idly browsing YouTube, I came across this (amongst others). Does anyone know what sim is being used? Edited May 15, 2024 by BOO
352nd_Wheels Posted June 11, 2024 Posted June 11, 2024 It is possible it is a DCS plane set in that video. The Spitfire is sold by DCS and the Fiat CR-32 can be had as a mod plane. DCS: Spitfire LF Mk. IX: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/products/planes/spitfire/ Italian Armed Forces: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/304925-italian-armed-forces/ Quote Fiat CR-32 A model from Pedro used with permission. Originally created by Happy Cavin, Remade by yours truly for the current build. The Fiat CR.32 was an Italian biplane fighter used in the Spanish Civil War and World War II. Designed by the aeronautical engineer Celestino Rosatelli, it was a compact, robust and highly maneuverable aircraft for its era, leading to it being a relatively popular fighter during the 1930s. The CR.32 fought in North and East Africa, in Albania, and in the Mediterranean theater. It was extensively used in the Spanish Civil War, where it gained a reputation as one of the most outstanding fighter biplanes of all time. It also saw service in the air forces of China, Austria, Hungary, Paraguay and Venezuela. Furthermore, it frequently performed impressive displays all over Europe in the hands of the Italian Pattuglie Acrobatiche. During the late 1930s, the CR.32 was overtaken subsequently by more advanced monoplane designs; by the start of the Second World War, it was considered to be obsolete. While it had been superseded by a number of newer Italian fighters, including the newer Fiat CR.42 that had been derived from the CR.32, the type continued to be flown throughout the conflict. Another reason I suspect it is from DCS is that the YouTube channel has several DCS videos and nothing I can find regarding War Thunder. His Instagram username, showtime112_dcs_world, and some of the posts there also lead me to believe the video is from DCS. Wheels

There is no BR20 to my knowledge in DCS, the environmental graphics are a step down too and its a Spit 1a. Edited June 11, 2024 by BOO
