How to activate DLCs from steam?

I havent playing for a while, i have new PC now and i cannot activate on sturmovik page my DLC`s bought from steam.... This is pretty much annoying....

How is this even possible?? i linked account few times and nothing..... just all my DLC`s are missing ? thanks for waste my money.
