simfan2015 Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 That is terrible. Was 'dburne' ill or was it not at all expected this might have happened ? My sincere condolences.
chiliwili69 Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 Wow! I read all this now. This is sad. I am really going to miss you for all these years of fruitful discussions. I still remember very well the first time you help me, 10 years ago!: What a strange thing a forum is. This is my only forum and the first time I miss someone who I never met. This is as speechless as a funeral. At least, IL-2 VR made you enjoy more your last years. RIP. 4 1

Freycinet Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 dburne was the guy who made me go for the Virpil stick and Sharka set-up mounted on Monstertech hardware, together with my Varjo Aero glasses. That hardware has given me so much joy flight-simming in the last couple of weeks, after a ten-year hiatus. Thanks a lot dburne for all your kind advice. Raising a glass to a true gentleman. 1
