Wooden Wonder (Mosquito Mk VI)

Requiements: Battle of Normandy and Battle og Bodenplatte 

 

This campaign takes place during summer of 1943 flying with the 605 squadron against targets in ocupied europe. 

 

Some notes:  Hud shoud be on for messages about the missions to appear. The airfield used by 605 squadron during 1943 was not avilable in the map, so I had to use the closest to it. You may in case of emergancy land at what ever friendly airfield is most convenient. To get a mission complete you wil only need to survive. For those who dont like too long missions, it is always an option to end with success before heading for home across the channel.

A thank you is in order as some of the missions make use of @Hamaha15 populated Netherland mod. (No mod download or mods on required)

Did the first mission, went about as expected haha. On screen prompts/navigator call outs worked great. Made it home on 1 engine after getting hit by the train's AAA. I love wave top missions across the channel.

 

There are some typos here and there, but nothing bad so far.

Happy you liked it! Mission one has a pretty dangerous bomb run, iv been shot down many times testing it!

Sorry about the typoes. English is not my first language so chat gpt had to do the spellchecking. Sounds like it isnt his either ?

On that note, I wonder if you could run all your campaign texts past a human English editor. This would give your enjoyable campaigns a bit more polish.

@Sandmarken if you need it, I'd be happy to check/correct your .eng files I'm not a native speaker, but I like to think that over the years I've gained enough experience that I can write English at a (mostly) native level, if I try.

Thx that woud be great. Im happy for all help i can get! ? @Spidey002did mention he edited the files also? I havent had the time to look at it yet. I wil send the kid and mother to their family this weekend, my plan is to fix the bugs and correct spellings then ?

Campaign has been updated. Found some bugs playing  the last mission, and thx to @Spidey002 the text wil now be in perfect english! Thx ! ?

Wow, this campaign is just awesome and could easily be payware. 

The Navigator Feature was great and everything worked flawlessly. Missions were variedand fun.

I  really like this campaign, the missions are varied, the navigator feature is great, very fun. Low flying, occasional rain, great atmosphere. Thank you, your dedication is obvious.

Nice campaign, with a wide variety of missions.

I loved them

I alos enjoyed the replayability of some missions, for isntance, different tragets according to your patrol path ...

For the last mission, I also modified it to play the typhoons, fun too !

Aha. Sorry i missundetstood. The mission is inspired by that prison raid at amiens. I tried to put the prison (witch i made from ingame assets) in the right spot.  If you fly over it the navigator shoud comment and also german forces shoud fire at you ?

Yes, and the original mission works well !

I did not talk too much because I don't want to spoil about the Tie Fighters defending the prison
