Hello.
I'm quite a novice in the mission editor but I'm trying to learn and have fun. But I have a problem, sometimes I create a mission in the editor and then it doesn't appear in the simulator, does anyone know why and how to fix it?

I keep related missions in folders to get some order.

Thanks.

By example new mission "6-Ataque Novorossiysk" created from other in mission editor,

but after not shown in the sim.

I see that the mission is set up for campaign and not as a single mission. (First screenshot)

Thank you for the quick answer! I did the mission by modifying one from the mission generator, I'll look at it. Is for the Logic section?

Here on the main description. Change that to "single" and you should be good to go.

Changed the type of mission to "single" but the mission is still not shown in the simulator. Any idea why?

Hmm, did you make sure that the mission name is the same in the main mission description and the actual file in the missions folder?

Do you own the map and plane you fly in the single-player mission? If not, you won't see the mission. In multiplayer, you don't need to own the map, just the plane you fly.

Try closing Il-2, deleting file mtreecache.eng (which stores a list of your missions) in your game directory under \data, and restart IL-2 (which recreates the file).

Campaign missions will still show up under single missions without alteration. If the missions in question still don't show up after deleting your mtreecache file, you probably have some type of error in the mission name that is preventing it from appearing in your list.

Post the mission set here and we can install it to see why it doesn't show up

Yes, it was, but not sure if this is important, It is?, sometimes i miss blankspaces.

@JimTM, yes i own Kuban map and the planes are stock ones ( fw190a5, bf109g2).

@JimTMand Jaegermeister, sorry i start again the mission fron scratch and the new one already appears in the simulator. Anyway this is not the first time I have had that phenomenon happen, and if it happens again I will try the method you have told me with mtreecache.

Thank you all for your attention and help.
