Are you running four sticks of RAM to get 64Gb?

I'm waiting on my Z690 Hero to be returned from RMA because it was showing all sorts of errors, disconnects and blue screens shortly after I added two additional sticks to the original two stick set up. Seems DDR5 motherboards can't handle four sticks of RAM at XMP speeds. It screws with the memory controller. In my case it didn't recover after I removed two sticks. I could only get it to post by moving the RAM to slots B1 and B2 instead of the normal A2 and B2 config. That arrangement reduced the set up to single channel and gave crappy performance. I ran MemTest86 (accessed from the ASUS BIOS) and it showed 319 errors after a two hour test.

My configuration is 2x32

I just uninstalled a mod and the problem is gone. I'll stay away from mods now for good.

In case someone else has a similar problem, which mod was it?
