BoB PWCG Campaign Start - Americans & Eastern Front?

When do we start to see the American squadron's arriving in England? 

 

Also, I am in 9/42 and just saw the Mosquitos replacing the Hurricane in 4 Sqdrn, so I may add a pilot there and finally give it a proper try.  Thanks Pat!

June or July 1943.  If you start a campaign as an American pilot the first date selection is the earliest date.

@PatrickAWlson - Sorry, one more question, is there a way to get missions to generate on the Eastern Front in this early campaign?  I was able to transfer a German pilot, and can see that he made the transfer.  However, it doesn't look like the maps and squadrons change from the Channel (based on the Intel Screen).  I get an error when trying to generate a mission (attached).  No sweat if not, having plenty of fun over the Channel.

As long as it is after Oct 1 1941 it should work.  If it is before that  date it should not be allowed.  Either way, allowing a transfer and then not working is a bug.  I'll look into why not.
