01yan02 Posted May 6, 2023 Posted May 6, 2023 Game can start,but when I choce"option/video" or"flight",game will freeze. and no GPU useage at that time.I tried to clear config in C:/ but no use. By the way,my PC is RX6750XT/12700F/win11 21H1.

Hi 01yan02 Can you look at this thread: If you can't find the source of your problem from those causes, then please seen this thread: ALSO: We have recently released a patch which has some bugs which need addressing... we will be releasing another patch shortly which hopefully resolves those issues. It may be your problem is related to the bugs... although I think it is probably something else.

I would recommend you shut down anything which is not needed for the game or which can negatively affect it. Most obvious... you are running the following: GameOverlayUI.exe 13584 暂缺 Is this the Steam overlay?... because you should have it off... this will cause crashes. All of the Steam Cloud/Overlays/etc. should be off. I am looking at your logfile... you have a process running which is causing issues... I need to identify it.

OK I did close "Steam overlay"for cod but I forget the other steam game I was running at the same time. But after get rid of these,also shut down most serves,codb looks like goes the same way to freeze. May be something else make the problem.

To start however, I want to make sure you are up to date with the drivers for your GPU... and Windows. Please check. Then, if you had a NVidia GPU before you bought your Radeon... make sure the drivers for the NVidia card are removed. You said you installed the latest version of Microsoft Net Framework... but in the logfile I am seeing references to Net Framework errors. Can you confirm you are up to date? The errors in the Logfile indicate there is a problem with the text format or font of your game version... are you running a program in the background which translates English language text to Mandarin characters? Regarding other programs which could cause problems by running in the background, there are multiple possibilities. My suggestions are you turn off the following: (don't uninstall... just turn off while playing game) X Box AMD Crash Defender Service AMDNoiseSuppression GoogleCrashHandler Widgets AUEPMaster

Unfortunately the game is not designed to run in Chinese... yes, we have translations, but the game code itself is not designed to interact with Steam when the characters are Chinese. I would recommend you change your Steam settings to English and game settings to English.

My steam id have no Chinese language characters but my steam language did in chinese. Combine your advise, I think win11 may rename some thing in Chinese language characters.I going to check all these thing. Best wishes! 1
