I am pretty sure the answer is no but if you don't ask, you don't get.

Is it possible to dump the mission parameters to a file to read them eg. I'm interested in knowing the spawn times for different mission groups, what materiale is selected for each group, all as a way of knowing which variables are set for the mission.

The alternative is to use the viewport and visually check everything, which is a massive pita and more prone to human error after having slaved over creating a mission.

Thanks anyhoo.

Not 100% sure what you're asking for but...

You can open the *.mission file in any text editor and see the entire mission as if it was code. This includes the mission's weather and map settings, any groups you make, and all the entities you place within the mission.

You can also open the *.<insertlanguagehere> file in any text editor to edit your icons, mission description, and so on.

As @Sketch says you can open the mission in a text editor. I do this quite often to do a global find and replace to set values on objects consistently across the mission.
