I dunno Wardog... isn't this a bit... too much? the music from "The Lord of the Rings" here, which completely clashes with John Williams', too many slomo shots, camera permanently moving around the characters... that's not George Lucas' style of filmmaking, it's something much more influenced by recent video games and, obviously, by Marvel/Disney. Lucas permanently went back to his Star Wars films, adding this, changing that... he made a serious mistake with his politically-correct Han Solo letting Greedo shoots first (I'm definitely a "Han shoots first" guy), but I really prefer the original work: 6 episodes only from I to VI and the form Lucas left in 2012.

 

If you Wardog want to reshoot Star Wars as it should have been shot... then let's get down to business:

One opinion of mine is that all the happy endings in Star Wars (episodes I, IV and VI) aren't really interesting if one thinks about it. The good guys win and one says "pffff... ok...". The real values are in the films themselves (in this instance, episodes I, IV and VI), and these happy endings are only there to bring to their respective films the unavoidable final touch ("we won a battle so let's celebrate it"). The really interesting and really profound endings are in the tragical endings of episodes II, III and V. My favourite ending in all six episodes is the ending of episode II. A masterpiece.
